LV Primary Parent News

Happy Wednesday, LV Primary Families! 🌟

Tomorrow, May 14 is PREK Field Day! Next Thursday, May 21, is Kinder, 1st, and 2nd grade Field Day. Stop by the office prior to the event to have your ID scanned and badge printed to avoid long lines on Field Day!

Students will get wet on field day. Please send an extra change of clothes and plan for shoes that will get wet! (crocks, water shoes, etc. will be perfect!) See flyer below for more details.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Keck

Principal

La Vernia Primary families, one of the best things you can do this summer is to get your school supplies early. When you order through 1st Day School Supplies, you are locking in the exact teacher-approved list now. Before the shelves get picked over. Before the August rush begins.

It only takes a few minutes online, and everything arrives in one box, ready for the first day.

Save The Dates:

May 14 ~ ALL LIBRARY BOOKS DUE to the Library for Inventory. PREK Field Day

May 21- Kinder, 1st, 2nd grade Field Day

May 28- Last Day of School!

Transportation changes need to be in by 3 pm each day- please notify the classroom teacher AND the front office receptionist at arutledge@lvisd.org. (We ask that you include both people on the email so we have a back up in case someone is absent).

Our nurses are here to answer your questions:

Jodi Forrest: Jforrest@lvisd.org

Christie Broadway: cbroadway@lvisd.org

Also, be sure your little bear has an extra set of clothes in their back pack to change in the event of an accident/spill.
