Wall's 175th Anniversary
This year, as we celebrate Wall Township's 175th Anniversary alongside Americaโs 250th, we are excited to provide our students with meaningful opportunities to learn, reflect, and engage with our shared history. Throughout the year, students will participate in lessons, have options for projects, and be able to attend community events that honor our past, highlight our present, and inspire our future.
We encourage families to stay connected so you donโt miss key moments! To participate in the spirit, be sure to visit this apparel shop and check out the 175th anniversary gear. Together, we look forward to a year of learning, pride, and shared celebration.

๐ Student Spotlight
Congratulations to Davis Harr
Congratulations to WHS Pre-Engineering Academy senior, Davis Harr, recently recognized by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) as a Rensselaer Medalist! This prestigious honor celebrates his outstanding achievements in math and science and acknowledges exceptional academic accomplishments while inspiring students to pursue careers in science, engineering, and technology.
Congratulations to Sam Feldman
Sam Feldman auditioned for the NJMEA Honors Modern Band and was accepted as one of only two vocalists. The NJEA Honors Modern Band is an all-state honor ensemble for high school students that performs popular music, including rock, pop, and hip-hop, using a flexible instrumentation of instruments like guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, and vocals. It is a relatively new program that aims to connect with students by allowing them to play music they know and enjoy, emphasizing creativity through improvisation and composition. Sam will be performing with this group February 18th, 19th and 20th in Atlantic City.

9th-Grade YouScience Aptitude Assessment & 7 Mindsets Lesson
On October 22nd, our 9th graders completed the YouScience aptitude assessment, a series of engaging brain games that highlight studentsโ natural strengths and learning styles.
On November 14th and 18th, students revisited their results during a 7 Mindsets lesson focused on โPassion First.โ They learned how to access their one-page summary and full aptitude report, completed a reflection sheet, and discussed how their strengths can guide future academic, college, and career planning. Reflection sheets were sent home.
Families can view results by logging into their studentโs YouScience account. Select Aptitude & Career Discovery โ Discover Aptitudes โ Download Results to access the one-page summary and other reports. Additional toolsโcareer matches, college and major exploration, and conversation promptsโare also available. We are excited to use these results to help guide future conversations about coursework, career exploration and post-secondary planning!

Please reach out to Mr. Tarantin if you have any questions or would like support reviewing your studentโs results.

๐ฝ๏ธ Lunch Information
Message Regarding Doordash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, etc.
Please be advised, WHS will not accept food deliveries from services such as DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, etc. for students in our school. While we understand the convenience these services provide, they create significant disruptions within our main office. More importantly, allowing outside food/lunch deliveries raises concerns about the safety and security of our students and staff.
Please note: Parents and guardians are still permitted to drop off lunch for students who may have forgotten their meals. However, we ask that you coordinate these drop-offs directly through our main office to ensure a smooth process.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we prioritize the well-being and security of our school community.
Mr. Davis
