Dear MGMS Families,

I wanted to reach out and show appreciation for all of you who make our Mustang community special. As we approach the end of the year 2025 there have been many amazing moments to reflect on here at MGMS.

Our students are what make this place so special and we are grateful that they have your support at home to help them be at their best while here at school. We hope that you have the opportunity to spend time together as a family while we are on winter break.

As a reminder our first day back to school after winter break is January 5th.

Guidelines & Instructions

*Only submit one photo of the student

*Make sure to tag the photo with their first and last name so the right name is associated with your student in the yearbook

*Photos are due by January 15th and no late submissions can be accepted due to Yearbook Company Deadlines

*No screenshots of photos, the digital size of these types of photos is not compatible with the software and the picture will be extremely blurry.

*If you need to change the photo submission please email axbergj@district279.org, we will delete your current submission so you can upload the correct one.

Parent Drop-off and Pick-up

If you are driving your child to school or picking them up after school, the drop-off/pick-up area is at the community gyms entrance. Do not use the front entrance, as this is a designated space for our vulnerable student transportation. Please follow the winding line up to the curb by the building. Bright orange cones will help mark the path. Students must be dropped off and picked up AT THE CURB ONLY, and vehicles must stay in a single line. Students are not permitted to walk through the parking lot to and from your vehicle. Your help with this is very much appreciated and will help keep our students safe. Students can start entering the building at 7:45 a.m. so please plan accordingly especially during the cold winter months.
