Are you a fan of Jeff Kinney and the Diary of a Wimpy Kid Book Series? In honor of the authors birthday this month on February 19th we will be having a book giveaway!

Answer a trivia question from one of the books or about author Jeff Kinney. 18 names will be drawn who answered a question correctly. Winners will have their choice of a book from the Diary of a Wimpy Kid Series. Enter your answer by Thursday February 20th. Winners will be announced on February 21st!

Take a guess at the number of candy hearts in the jar! The student with the closest guess wins a bag of candy hearts!

Stop by the library to guess or email your guesses to Mrs. Eliasen by Thursday, February 13th. The winner will be announced Friday, February 14th!

Pick up a copy or make a Google Doc copy of the Bingo Card for February. Highlight or check off a box once you have completed that reading task. If you get five squares in a row (diagonal, vertical, or horizontal).

Stop by the library or share it back with Mrs. Eliasen to turn in your card. She will have a sweet treat waiting for you! Reading Bingo ends Friday, Feb. 28th.

Every student who turns in a Bingo Card with at least 1 Bingo, will be able to enter their name in a drawing to win a new book!

Add the title of a book you read this February to the poster in the library. Students and Staff will be able to see what others are enjoying this month.

Are you looking for a unique Valentine's gift for a family member or friend? Stop by the library to pick up directions and a discarded library book to create your very own masterpiece. By simply measuring and folding pages, you can create a special gift for someone.

Ask Mrs. Eliasen for a book and then get started on your project! Not only are you taking time to create something unique, but you are also saving a book!

MS - Tuesday, Feb. 11th during Fox Time (with Mrs. Thomas)

Final State Test:

MS - Week of February 24th. Check in with Mrs. Thomas to see which day will work this week and what time.

HS - Week of February 24th. Check in with Mrs. Kennedy to find out where and when you will be meeting to take the final state test.

It’s the perfect time for your kids to snuggle in with a book this winter and earn some rewards! Visit the library to pick up your reading log and learn more about this reading challenge!
