Seeking Parent/Guardian Feedback about ELA Programming
We are gathering parent/guardian feedback as we evaluate our English Language Arts programming for the Lower Moreland Township School District. Your feedback, specifically about the middle school program, will help us understand what engages students, what supports are helpful, and what features matter most.

MA / LMMS Winter Orchestra Concert - Congratulations Students and Mrs. Handfinger!
Happenings in the Math Department
Math 8
Math 8 students spiced up their geometry skills with a creative Thanksgiving challenge: making turkeys using mathematical transformations. Instead of just solving problems, students had to follow a set of precise, sequential directions to create a unique turkey design. They started with a blank coordinate plane and used their knowledge of geometric transformations to make the feathers, body, and head come alive!
7th Grade
In both Pre-Algebra and Math 7 classes, seventh grade students have been learning about real-world applications of percent problems. Students have been learning about taxes, tips, discounts, commission, and simple interest, and how these concepts apply to their lives both now and in the future. Students got a real sense of how much it really costs to purchase a home in today's market and had the opportunity to ask some really thought-provoking questions about real life scenarios.
PTA Volleyball Night
LM PTA sponsored a volleyball night that was well attended. Rotated through games in co-ed teams. Everyone had a great time! Thank you for coming out students! PTA, thanks for a great event!
Thank You LMMS PTA
Every year our PTA provides sweet treats for staff! Thank you for the coffee and treats! A great way to start off the week!
