Registrations close Monday 24 August - get in early, places are limited.

Register during this period and you'll be placed in a team with your preferences considered, whether that's playing with a friend or staying with a team you're already part of.

After the close date, registration is top-up only: a wait list or $40 late fee applies, and preferences can't be guaranteed.

Registration is at $435 for Summer.

*Basketball Victoria also collects a 365-day player registration fee of $34 during registration, renewed if your BV registration expires mid-season. Basketball Australia charges an additional $5.50 player development fee.

Our Fee includes:

• Summer season game sheets, a 1 hour per week training / practice including any court and coach fees.
• At the end of the season we recognise the achievements of our players, with Presentations of medallions and trophies.
• The club employs a Coaches Supervisor to assist and support our coaches.
• Our Junior coaches are remunerated and all coaches are assisted to gain their 'BV Club Level' coaching accreditation.
• Discount Vouchers are applied via a code to the 3rd and subsequent children in large families.
• We will for a nominal fee, provide a Holiday Basketball Program during Term 1 2027 school holidays over 2 afternoons.

When registering:

• Please indicate any 1 reciprocating friendship request. Or your Team Manager will advise if your team is continuing, so indicate this on the form
• Also any comments to assist us with team selection . I encourage you to read our Team Selection Policy. If no comments - leave blank
• For Current Players please indicate your singlet number.

NEW Club players Trials , for players from U12 to U14 will be held on August 31st ( Not for P& D teams).Court 2, 4-5 PM at Waverley Stadium (Cnr. Power Ave. & Batesford Rd Chadstone).

These are purely Skill assessment trials to enable the club to place New players in appropriate teams .

New players from U8 -U10 do not need to attend trials. Please indicate skills or playing experience on the registration form under 'Comments'.

Uniforms.

We've partnered with a new Australian supplier — uniform orders are moving fully online via our new Uniform Portal (more info coming soon).

All registered members get a login for uniform and merchandise purchases, shipped directly by our supplier (4–6 week lead time).

P&D teams are for players who wish to play in grades 1 or 2 and are completley voluntary .

If you do not wish to play in a performance team, please do not attend.

In the event you do not make a performance team, you will still be allocated a team of suitable skill

*No refunds apply if you aren't selected for a performance team.

P & D team trials (Summer-registered players only)

Monday at Waverley, August 31st 5-6PM:

U12 Boys- CRTs 2 & 3

U14 Boys- CRTs 5 & 6)

U12 Girls- CRT 1

U16 Boys & U14 Girls - 1/2 Court each, CRT 4

Wednesday at ParkHill Primary 2nd September 6-7 PM

U16 Girls

• Our P&D teams play in Division 1 or 2 within the age group
• You must be Summer-registered and attend try-outs to be considered.
• P&D teams reset each season and are reformed based on try-out results.
• If a player does not make a P&D team, they can revert to a friendship request.

The club provides 1 hour of training with your team and regular coach, once a week.

We've booked all 6 courts across Waverley Stadium (WAV), Parkhill Primary (PPS) and Oakleigh Recreation Centre (ORC) on Mondays, plus Tuesdays at PPS and ORC, and Wednesdays/Thursdays at PPS.

Your team's training day and location depend on your coach's and court availability.

Please note, we're not able to accommodate specific coach requests, and with 60+ teams club-wide, we can't offer individual players custom training times either.

• Early October: Summer team list distribution begins, showing your team, contacts, coach, training time and venue

• 10 October: First Summer games
