Fourth Grade Weekly Update
Nov 10-14

Field Trip to the Georgia Aquarium🐟
Parents,
We are excited to announce that we are going to the Georgia Aquarium on Monday, November 17! The cost for students is $15. We are sending home both the envelopes and permission forms today. You can pay by placing money in the envelope or scanning the QR code on the envelope label. All money and forms are due no later than Friday, November 14.
The school is providing sack lunches for the trip. We ask that, if you provide lunch for your child, you place it in a disposable grocery bag or a Ziploc bag. All water bottles must be plastic and able to be thrown away. No lunch boxes, please. We will eat lunch outside in front of the Coca-Cola factory. It may be cold, so please ensure your student has a jacket and warm clothes.
If you would like to join us, you can follow the bus and meet us there. You will have to pay for parking and your entry fee. Please remember that if you come, your child must stay with their homeroom teacher for the entire trip and return to school on the bus. You may check your student out once we return to Park Street.
Please note: Attendance on this field trip is contingent on student behavior at school. Students must continue to follow school expectations in class, in the hallways, and during transitions. If a student is not meeting behavior expectations leading up to the trip, parents will be notified and the student may be unable to attend.
We cannot wait to explore the aquarium together!
