Welcome!
Updates from the Director
Welcome to our first edition of Inclusive Insights. The purpose of this newsletter is to keep parents of Northern Burlington students who received Special Education Services up to date on department happenings and to provide helpful information.
I am proud to be the Director of Special Education at Northern Burlington. In 2021 my journey brought me "home" after having wonderful experiences as a teacher, learning disabilities teacher consultant and administrator. My family has had ties to NB for several decades and I was happy to join the amazing faculty and staff here. Meeting students needs appropriately in the least restrictive environment is always the goal of our department. We look forward to working with you in supporting your student's educational journey.
Educationally yours,
Lisa M. Pirrello-Peters
