Belgatos Park Weekly Newsletter
3/6/2026

Dear Belgatos Park Parents,
Thank you to those who were able to attend our Zoom call last Friday to discuss our upcoming Nowruz celebration. For those who couldn’t make it, I have attached the presentation slides so you can see the wonderful activities we have planned for the students.
Our celebration will take place on Friday, March 27, at 2:00 PM. This is such a beautiful tradition marking the arrival of spring, and we would love your help in making it a memorable experience for students.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help in the following areas:
For our Elementary : We are looking for parent volunteers to lead a Persian dance demonstration for our grand finale. We also need several volunteers to help run our three craft stations: Coloring Eggs, Goldfish Bowl crafts, and Hyacinth Flower crafts.
For our PSPK : We would love to have parents help set up a traditional Haft-Seen table in each classrooms. We are also looking for guest readers to share a Nowruz story with our younger students.
Please take a look at the volunteer sign up sheet below and let us know if you can join us. [ Elementary Sign up Sheet ] [ PSPK Sign up Sheet ]
To get a feel for the energy and joy of this event, please watch the video of our Nowruz celebration from last year
Your participation is what makes these community events so special for our students.
Sincerely,
LGBP Leadership Team
