From the Principal's Desk
Dear SHS Families,
I want to thank all the businesses that partnered with us this week for National Discover Catholic Schools Week. We have enjoyed the comments and love we have received from the area. We are so blessed to have your support.
If you have not filled out your family survey, please do so this weekend. The information gathered from this survey will help us decide on items for the school’s website redesign, decide on initiative focus, specifically on focus regarding expansion vs combined class separation, and help us evaluate and confirm the school’s mission and vision. You have until Sunday night to complete your survey and all entries are anonymous.
Next week is a short week with only a full day on Monday and a half day on Tuesday. Tuesday we will celebrate our Grandparent’s Day Mass and Brunch. Mass will begin at 10:00 am, and students are encouraged to bring their canned goods in for donation to Hope House. Brunch will begin immediately following Mass, and students may dismiss directly from brunch with their grandparent or trusted adult just so long as their teacher has been notified.
With Faith & Hope,
Patrick (P.J.) Greer

Please share this information with your Grandparent or VIP!
We will begin the day with mass at 10:00am. After mass the students will find their guest and show them to their classroom. They are free to look around and visit. Their guest will then sign them out on the sign out sheet in the classroom (not the office). From there, they can head to the Parish Hall to find a seat. Father will say a blessing and then we will release by table to go through the lunch line.
If your Grandparent/VIP is not planning to attend Mass they are welcome to come through the double doors by the Parish Hall to meet up with their student. Those doors will be unlocked starting at 10:45. They will also need to go to the classroom to sign their student out. Please tell your guest to not come to the main doors to buzz in like usual. There will be no one in the office to buzz them in at that time.
If you have any questions please contact the office.
