Whitmer Graduate Updates

• Fight senioritis and finish strong! Final exams, projects, AP tests, and APEX: YOU'VE GOT THIS!
• Make sure fees are paid.
• Return all books and other materials this week.
• Graduation meeting during Advisory on Wednesday, May 20 in the auditorium.
• Bring your Chromebook and charger on the last day of school, Thursday, May 21.
• Senior Sunset is Thursday, May 21 from 7:00-9:00PM in the Whitmer Football Stadium.

• Graduates will receive an email to their school email address tomorrow, Wednesday, May 20 after 3:00PM with six tickets to either print or download to share with family/friends for admittance into graduation. The email will be sent directly from The University of Toledo Athletic Office. Tickets will be scanned and there will be no entry without a ticket.

• May 22: No school for graduates
• May 25: Memorial Day (No school for all students)
• May 26: Senior Breakfast and Graduation Rehearsal*
• Graduates report to cafeteria 7:40AM
• Rehearsal will take place in the field house after the breakfast
• Graduation signs available to take home!
• May 27: Senior Assembly in the Whitmer Field House*
• Graduates report at 7:40AM (in caps and gowns)
• Doors open for guests at 8:30AM
• Assembly begins at 8:45 AM
• Parking is available for families on Edgar Drive and in the Whitmer Field House and CTC parking lots. Students should use student parking ONLY.
• Whitmer, Jefferson, and Elementary Walks to follow rehearsal (students are responsible for their own transportation to elementary schools). Please arrive promptly to Jefferson and your elementary school so you do not miss the walk through the school!
• May 28: Graduation Ceremony at The University of Toledo Savage Arena
• Doors will open at 3:15 PM. All graduates to enter through the Sullivan Center. Graduates report to assigned seats by 3:45PM (in caps and gowns) for attendance. All students are required to go through metal detector security and will have bags searched. No book bags or large purses permitted.
• Sullivan Center doors open for families and friends at 5:00PM (security check required). Accessible seating available through Rocket Plaza entrance (parking area 4).
• Parking is available for all graduates and guests in lots 2, 3, 3W, 4, 5, 10, and 18.
• Ceremony begins promptly at 6:00PM.

* Attendance is mandatory for these events if participating in the graduation ceremony. If students are not participating in the graduation ceremony, these events are not mandatory and please advise counselor.
