Final Stay & Play – May 30th - Register Now! Our last Stay & Play of the year is happening on Thursday, May 30th, from 3:15 until 5 PM. We'll be celebrating with bounce obstacles and a visit from the Kona Ice truck! Siblings are welcome to join in on the fun. Just a friendly reminder: this is not a drop-off event—a parent or guardian must be present with children for the entire time. It’s a perfect opportunity to sign up and volunteer at the event! If your child plans to attend, please complete the dismissal form (one form per child). Note: Dismissal changes for Stay & Play will not be accepted after 9 AM on Thursday, May 29th.
Show Your Appreciation for Vinal Staff! We are loving all the amazing donations thus far - from custom art, to red sox tickets, to monetary donations - we are so appreciative - and the teachers are going to be over-the-moon! As a reminder we're organizing an End-of-Year Staff Raffle during the final week of school. Every staff member will receive raffle tickets for a chance to win fun prizes—a small gesture to show how much they mean to us. We’re accepting donations of raffle items or monetary contributions (on the website or venmo @vinalpto) to make this event special. Contributions can be dropped off at 15 Old Oaken Bucket. Gratitude Garden! This week is the last chance to submit letters of gratitude for the teachers online - the wall is really blooming - let's fill all the blank space! This is a wonderful way to highlight the impact of our staff as we wrap up the school year.
You can submit your appreciation notes via the PTO website, have your child write a note in the lobby or take a flower home and bring it back. Feel free to recognize a specific teacher or staff member—or keep it general. Either way, your words will mean so much!
5th Grade Families - get your Send-off consent forms in! In order to attend the AFTER PARTY, you must complete this RSVP & Consent Form by Friday, May 30. We hope every fifth grader comes to celebrate the end of elementary school with their classmates; it's going to be legendary.
