Communication, Communication, Communication!
Open communication among teachers and parents is so important! If you are concerned about something with your student's grade(s), schoolwork, or classroom experience, please reach out to the teacher through Rooms or email. If you are having trouble getting Rooms on your phone, let me (Mrs. Mease) know, and I will do my best to help! All teachers' emails are the same (last name, first initial of the first name, followed by @crane.k12.mo.us). I hope teachers will communicate with you as well!
August Event Dates/Need to Know Info
Tuesday, August 5th: Office now open Tues-Fri for new enrollments and other necessary business
Monday, August 11th: Athletic practices begin. Coaches will communicate times for practices.
Tuesday, August 12th: Office closed until noon for staff training
Tuesday, August 12th: 7th Grade Orientation, 6:00 pm in the cafeteria
Thursday, August 14th: Open House!! 4:40 pm to 6:30
Tuesday, August 19th: BACK TO SCHOOL! VoTech students will start at TRCC today.
Wednesday, August 20th: School Board Meeting, 7:00 pm
Saturday, August 30th: Volleyball Tournament @ Monett, all day
SUPPLIES
For Jr High and High School students, everyone needs a notebook/paper, pencils, and pens. Some teachers may need more specific items such as binders and folders. Those lists will be available at Open House on August 14th and shared out later this week as well.
Paperwork and Chromebooks
Necessary paperwork for all students has been mailed out. You or your child may bring this paperwork to the high school office at Open House, some time before the first day of school, or on the first day of school. No student will receive their chromebook until all paperwork is turned in and all fees and fines (if any) are paid.
Pick Up for Jr High and High School at the End of the Day
At the end of the day, when picking up your 7th through 12th grade student(s), enter the gravel lot at the end of the Jr High hallway as pictured above.
After picking up your child, do not exit from the same way you pulled into the gravel lot. Instead, exit as pictured above into the high school parking lot and turn left.

First off, I am so excited to see everyone! I can't wait to get this school year started! Throughout the year, if you ever have questions, comments, or concerns, reach out to me, and I will do my best to help. Email is probably best as I check it quite often, but phone calls and in-person visits are always welcome as well! My email is measet@crane.k12.mo.us, and my office number is 417-723-5300. Many people have my cell phone number, and I don't mind receiving texts or phone calls at that number, however, I'm not going to post it on social media! I am happy to serve our school and community.
