Classroom Highlights✨
1st Annual Academic Challenge🧠
Last night, we hosted our very first Academic Challenge at Anamoose-Drake Elementary! 🧠📚
We had 6 teams compete—2 from Velva, 2 from Fessenden, and 2 from Anamoose-Drake. Each team consisted of 2 fourth graders, 2 fifth graders, and 2 sixth graders. It was great to see so many students showing off their knowledge, teamwork, and problem-solving skills!
Congratulations to both Fessenden teams for taking 1st and 2nd place, and to our Anamoose-Drake Black Team for earning 3rd place! 👏
We are very proud of Mrs. Volson for spearheading this opportunity for our students—what a great addition to our school!
All of the students did an awesome job, and we are so proud of their efforts. We’re already looking forward to making this an annual event and growing it even more next year!
Susan Ness from the American Heart Association joined us for a kickoff assembly to get students excited.🫀
