Messages From Manchester

Thank you to all the families that were able to join us last Thursday for Open House. It was great to meet all of you. And let's give the community partners a huge shout out, as well. Having so many community agencys and supports allows Norwood to be an anchoring support for EVERYONE!

If you weren't able to attend, check out the Norwood Open House Slides here.

2nd Grade Mrs. Calixto's Slides

5th Grade Miss Doyle's Slides

During Open House, VOWS (Volunteers of Warwick Schools) was on hand conducting BCI checks for families who would like to volunteer at school events, attend field trips or support the school in other manners. At the end of Open House, Anne Goldman announced that Norwood had the MOST family members conduct a BCI from all the Open Houses this month! Congratulations! Now, that means there is a high interest in helping, supporting school events and PTA. Let's capitalize on that. There will be a survey coming home at the end of the week asking what skill sets you might like to use to support Norwood Elementary classrooms, field trips or events. Keep an eye out!

Thank you again for welcoming into your community. Remember by door, phone or email are always open to take your feedback, problem solving solutions or questions.

Have a great week. Remember NO SCHOOL on Thursday!
