Graduation Information

Ceremony is at 6 pm on Friday, June 12 on the WHS soccer field

• Campus will be closed from 2:30 - 4pm
• Campus will re-open at 4 pm
• Graduates must arrive no later than 4:45 pm and report to the auditorium
• No tickets are required for an outdoor ceremony

No parking passes are required for this year's ceremony.

• If you have a handicap placard or license plate, handicap parking is available in the parking spaces nearest to the fields. There will be transportation to seats for those who require assistance from the field house.
• Parking is limited at WHS, so carpooling is still encouraged

Bus shuttle services will be available from Golden Brook Elementary School beginning at 3:55 pm. Shuttle service will be continuous and will be available following the ceremony.

• The WHS auditorium will be set up with a livestream of the ceremony for those wishing to view the ceremony in an comfortable, air-conditioned environment. No tickets are required to access this option.
• The ceremony will also be live-streamed for those viewing from their homes.

• In the event of inclement weather, the decision may be made to move the ceremony indoors. That decision will be announced on Friday.
• If the ceremony is indoors, each student will have 4 tickets. These tickets will be given to students on Thursday during graduation rehearsal.
• Doors will open at 5 pm. Students should still arrive by 4:45 pm, but should report to the cafeteria.
• The auditorium will be available for overflow seating--tickets are not required to access the auditorium
• Parking and shuttle service will remain the same
