Register Now: Plato+ Extended Care

By this time, you have received an email announcing that we will be expanding Plato+ to include before and after care. Rest assured, we will have all necessary moving parts in place before the students return to school on January 7th.

We understand that this may feel sudden and there may be some questions. To alleviate any financial strain this may cause, we are offering the first two weeks (January 7th- January 17th) free to all of our Plato families (both current before and after care students and newly registering). The fee structure going forward as of January 17th will be as follows:

Plato+ Extended Care Pricing:

• $75 per week for Plato+ After School Only Extended Care (automatic payments)

• $35 per week for Plato+ Before School Only Extended Care (automatic payments)

• $85 per week for Plato+ Before and After School Extended Care (automatic payments)

• $25 a day for drop-in care (payment required day of drop-in care)

• Students enrolled in clubs will have club fees deducted from total charges so the weekly cost does not exceed Extended Care weekly costs. (Ex: if your child is enrolled in After School Only Extended Care and a club that is $20/week, you will still pay $75/week - $55 for After School Only Extended Care and $20 for the club)

If you are in need of care for your student, please use the link below to reserve your spot. You will be asked to provide payment information that will be used to pay fees. You will see a $1 charge on that card to verify the card and hold your spot.

---> Select your campus and look for "Extended care"

---> Select either before care only, aftercare only, or before and aftercare combined

While we do not currently accept ELC (Early Learning Coalition) funding, we are actively working to explore financial assistance opportunities. If you are currently utilizing ELC, we kindly ask that you submit your ELC paperwork along with your previous payment information from Superior when registering. This will help us better understand your needs and we will do all we can to work with you to keep extended care affordable.

Starting Friday, January 17th, automatic payments will begin on a weekly basis, charged every Friday for the upcoming week of care. Please note that all fees must be paid in advance to ensure continued enrollment.

We will also be offering a discount of $5/per family for those with multiple students enrolled.
