We are excited to announce we will be putting on a school play this year for 3rd-6th graders. It is a big undertaking, so we'd like to hold a parent meeting to share details about rehearsals, performances, volunteer needs, fees, etc. so you can determine if participating in the play will work for your student. This meeting will be held after school at 3:45pm in the gym on Tuesday, September 10th.

We need a Reflections Chair!

The PTA Sponsored Reflections Art Contest is looking for a chair! The Reflections program provides opportunities for recognition and access to the arts - which boost student confidence and success in the arts. Students submit their original works of art based on interpretations of the theme (Reflections theme this year is “Accepting Imperfection”) and participate in the grade-level competition. Award winners at Mountain View have the opportunity to move on to council, region, and state levels.

Without volunteers to run this program, we will not be able to offer it at Mountain View this year. If you are able to help or would like to know more, please email mveptaboard@gmail.com. Thank you!
