Students continue to gather research for their famous Missourians. Feel free to check in on your child's progress by reading over their notes in their Writing folder, but make sure all papers are put back so we can continue working each day.
If you haven't already, please send in your child's tri-fold poster board as soon as possible. We've found that the poster board "kits" work well. They include the title panel that sits across the top of the board, sticker letters and numbers, and decorative paper. However, the kits are limited in that they only include small black letters. In the past, students have also brought their own bulletin board letters, borders and themed/colored scrapbook paper. We will create the poster boards in class, so it's very helpful to send in all supplies, if you choose to purchase them, with the poster board. Students will present their Living Museum on Tuesday, March 26, for fellow students during the day, and for families from 5:30-6:00 pm that evening.
