Parent/Family Update, January 30, 2026

• Get your TICKETS for the Valentine Dreams Dance!
• A-G Families please sign up to bring food for Merienda Duty this Sun. We're celebrating Chinese New Year! (There is no Merienda Espesyal this month due to the Valentine Dance)
• Come to the Parent Meeting after Community Assembly to Meet the Board and find out what's coming up for the Anniversary Showcase.
• At IP, be sure to Check in AND Check out.
• Save the Date: IP SUNDAY on FEB 8 (early release)

Absence Form

IP Sundays are all-school, full cast days when all students are expected to attend.

12:15-1:30 Before IP Extracurriculars

1:30-5:00 School Age Children's Program

5:00-6/7:00 After IP Extracurriculars

Rehearsal Sundays are for general preparation for the Anniversary Showcase (rehearsal, music, tech, costume, set, props). Performers may be called for rehearsal. Scheduling decisions will be made shortly after the previous IP Sunday.

• Our IP Family Valentine Dreams Dance is designed for IP Community members of all ages to celebrate together. No formal dates—just bring your loved ones!
• Enjoy music by DJ Jojo Pineda and a live performance by Dad Banned. Get on the dance floor and try some new moves with DI Lolo Dido.
• Join us at 4:00 for kid-friendly fun and yummy merienda treats before the dancing begins.
• Festive Polished Casual Attire (Dressy casual with a pop of Valentine's red or pink!) No jeans, please.
• Cash bar available.

When you arrive, please sign in at the Welcome Table and pick up your name tag — this will serve as your “ID” for the day. *Before leaving, remember to sign out as well.* This will help us keep a current list of IP folks in the building in case of an emergency.

Families attending extracurriculars, or before/after welcome desk hours, please be sure to sign in/out in the attendance logbook.
