June Concerts

In addition to our three regular concerts, we are proud to announce that this month we have hosted our second ever concert in Boston!

Additionally, we will now be collaborating with a new nursing home: Victoria Court Housing, where we hosted a concert this month! This nursing home is located right next to Richard Montgomery High School, and we want it to be a shorter commute for some of you, in which case we hope you sign up for our concerts at Victoria Court! We hope to work with even more places in the future to further inspire through music.

At Vitality Living in Virginia, we would like to recognize many of our volunteers who performed twice. Many seniors were unable to come to the ground floor where our performances were held, and so volunteers immediately after each performance performed a second time for those with mobility issues. We hope that any medical or physical reason will never be a hindrance to enjoying music and we are very glad to perform.

This month we would like to give a tremendous thank you to the teachers that contribute to our organization, both those who have guided our volunteers throughout the years, as well as the ones who actively encourage their students to perform at our concerts.

Once again, piano teacher, Ms. Hanni Zhang brought her students to our concert to perform. In Boston, piano teacher, Ms. Wang, also brought her students to our latest concert in Massachusetts at Jenks Center. At Cabin John Middle School, MD, music teacher and PVYO conductor Mrs. Cammarata kindly introduced MusicAid again during the school’s end-of-year concert.

We are very thankful for both of these teachers and their support for our organization. Their work has inspired countless students and brightens the world a little more through the joy of music.
