This year 1,823 schools in California made the Honor Roll. This is approximately 21 percent of all eligible schools in the state. Results are based on data of student outcomes on the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) for the 2024 academic year.

Semester 2 Period Tardy Notifications
As of 1/14/25, DMS restarted a school-wide initiative to support student attendance and on-time arrival to class.
Parents/guardians receive email notifications for every period tardy earned by their student. The email includes the parent, teacher, student, and administration. Please reach out to teachers and administration if you have any question regarding a marked tardy. Students also receive a paper notification/warning in class.
