โ๐พWeekly Agenda
Time to download your Weekly Agenda!
Engage your student in a conversation with some of the following questions:
- How are you using your agenda to prepare to show what you know during performance tasks (semester exams)?
- Show me how you will set up your agenda for the week.

๐๏ธCalendaring is Key! ๐๏ธ
As an AVID campus, we prioritize teaching organization to our students. To support Mustangs in becoming Equipped for Success, we're introducing a new campus-wide practice this week: students will engage with their agendas in each class period. We're excited to help all students build these important organizational skills!
What you can expect from Staff:
- Provide time each class period for students to write down what they have done or what is upcoming
What is expected of Students:
- Decide which agenda you want to use: it can be a digital or print version of whatever you like. We have a version you can use here, or you can make your own, or buy one.
- Be sure to use the same agenda each day for all of the classes for the whole week- in other words, grabbing a sheet of scrap paper each class period won't help you learn and practice the skill of organization.
What is needed from Families:
- There is no need to buy anything! Your students can use the digital version provided weekly in the newsletter!
- Engage with your students and their agendas each week!

*Make-ups must be communicated to the teacher by the student prior to the last week of school!

Ask your students about the colleges and career paths they learned about before the break during College Week! There were signs all over the school, and advisory lessons were focused on college and career!
