Parking permits are sold on a first come, first served basis while available for $35.00 per trimester or $105.00 for the 2026-27 school year. As always, please remember that all outstanding fines and fees must be paid before a permit can be issued.

Parking permits are purchasable in-person at the CRHS Finance Office located in the Main Office or online via School Pay/Parent Vue. Please have your vehicle/s license plate number(s) handy when purchasing your permit as this is required information. Athletic & Activity Expectations- Important Reminders Athletic & Activity Expectations- Important Reminders

Anoka-Hennepin Schools are committed to creating experiences that showcase the talents of student-athletes in an environment that promotes healthy competition. These guidelines limit entrance to students at participating schools with identification and adult supervision for younger students and increased presence of staff and support personnel, amongst other strategies in place to keep activities safe.

As your family makes a plan to attend school events, keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • Purchasing event tickets

    • Save time and avoid long lines and purchase your tickets online by clicking here.
  • Event entrance overview and expectations

    • Bring student IDs and allow extra time for admission and entry. Students from the hosting and visiting schools are welcome with student ID. No student ID, no entry. Students from any other schools/non-participating schools must be accompanied by an adult chaperone or they will be denied entrance.

    • Entrance expectations- Football Games

      • Only students from CRHS and the opponent's school will be allowed into the game.

      • CRHS students must enter through the student gate on the East end of the stadium and have a student ID ready to show at entry. Students may not bring guests from other schools.

      • Elementary and middle school students must enter through the Main Gate

    • Spectators will be charged to enter games through the end of the 1st half and no spectators will be allowed entry after the start of the second half. Please share this information with those attending so they can plan accordingly.
  • Plan for parent/guardian chaperones in accordance with district guidelines to monitor student activity and behavior.

    • The student-to-adult chaperone ratio is 2:1 for middle and elementary school students.

    • Adult chaperones are expected to monitor their student’s behavior and not leave the stadium without their students- all middle school students must sit with their parents/chaperones. Adult chaperones and students who are unable to follow these guidelines may be asked to leave the facility.

    • Students from any other schools/non-participating schools must also be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

  • Get behind your team!

    • Spectators are expected to view the event in the appropriate designated seating area.

    • Students are expected to be supporting their classmates during events from the stands and not wandering in or around the event (e.g. behind bleachers, Fieldhouse, Mezzanine, etc). Of course students are allowed to purchase snacks from the concession stands but are expected to return to the stands immediately afterwards.

  • Leave extra items at home or in your vehicle.

    • Backpacks, large bags/purses and outside food or drink (if concessions are sold on-site) are not allowed and school staff will not supervise or hold belongings.

    • Anoka-Hennepin prohibits weapons, alcoholic beverages, e-cigarettes / vaping, tobacco products and controlled substances.

  • Powders and/or airborne irritants prohibited

    • Students who introduce baby powder or other airborne irritants at events will be removed from the activity and are subject to disciplinary action consistent with district policy. Powders are a health risk and they are prohibited at all events.

  • Students must have a scheduled ride, or exit the grounds, at the conclusion of the event

  • It takes everyone to keep school events and activities safe. If your student, you or anyone in your family sees something or hears something suspicious or threatening in nature, report the information to school leadership or law enforcement immediately.

Spectators who are unwilling or unable to follow the rules, regulations, or directions from event staff may be asked to leave the event and not be refunded.

Student Personal Learning Plans (PLP) Accessible in Scoir Student Personal Learning Plans (PLP) Accessible in Scoir

Students now can access their digital Personal Learning Plan in Scoir (pronounced score) and are encouraged to utilize time during late-starts Mondays throughout the calendar year to complete this important work. Once a student is logged into Coon Rapids High School, they can find the Scoir icon on the Rapid Identity screen and will have several tasks assigned to help them discover and research paths that match their talents and passions. PLPs will provide a wealth of resources that can assist students in discovering career paths, gaining insights into different industries, and understanding the skills required for specific jobs. Ultimately, the PLP is designed to help students plan for their futures so they are prepared to achieve their goals.

Please check in with your student about their PLP and the progress they are making. This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn alongside your student and have important conversations about future planning so you can best support them in this process.

Even as students grow more independent, involvement remains key to their success. Research highlights that high schoolers with connected families and caring community members achieve higher grades, build stronger social-emotional skills, and have a smoother transition into life after high school. Your time and support make a lasting impact on our school community!

To learn more about volunteer opportunities this year, please complete or update the CRHS Volunteer Application (required every new school year).

If you have questions about getting involved, please reach out to HSVolunteerServices@ahschools.us

Student Handbook & Policy Review Student Handbook & Policy Review

As we near the start of the school year, we want to share the link to the Anoka-Hennepin Student Handbook and Policies. The handbook covers the basics from school to activities to homework, and key policies approved by the School Board explaining how the district handles matters of conduct and discipline consistently and fairly. These represent important information for our students and families, so we wanted to be sure to provide you access for future reference.
