Happy Read Across America Week and welcome March! The students enjoyed some fun activities this week, like flashlight reading in their classrooms, and they looked terrific in their Celebrate Reading Spirit Week themed outfits.

Please join us for some Bingo Family Fun on March 15, 2024.

We are planning to have ten rounds of Bingo with great prizes given to the winner of each round!

Bingo Night will be held in the Evergreen Cafeteria/Gym with doors opening at 6:00 pm. The cost is $5 per person with a $25 dollar family maximum.

Pizzas available for pre-order and soft pretzels and drinks for sale the night of. Please use the form below to reserve your family's spot and pre-order any pizzas.

Yearbook Sales will begin next month. Be on the lookout for the link to order beginning in March in the Evergreen Express.

In the meantime, we would love for you to submit photos for possible inclusion in the 2023-2024 yearbook!

• You can email photo submissions to: pvevergreenyearbook@gmail.com
• Please send school related activity photos or sports photos only.
• Please label your submissions with what event they are associated with. (Examples: First Day, 3rd Grade (teacher) Classroom party, Winterfest, etc).

Your 5th-grade child is mandated by the state of Pennsylvania to have a physical exam completed when entering 6th grade. We are accepting physical exams dated anytime after July 1, 2023. Please have your child's healthcare provider complete the school health physical form and return it to Mrs. McOwen, our school nurse as soon as possible to fulfill this obligation. Forms may also be downloaded from the school district website. If you have any questions, please contact the Mrs. McOwen. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The Perkiomen Valley School District Hall of Fame was established in 2018 to recognize distinguished alumni, or others, whose outstanding athletic, professional, or civic endeavors have brought honor to Perkiomen Valley School District and serve to inspire future graduates to perform and serve in the same spirit.

Nominations for the Hall of Fame are now open! Nominations will be accepted through May 1, 2024. We are excited to return this tradition here in Perkiomen Valley. We ask that you please follow the criteria on the website to make your nominations. Please click here to nominate.

If you would like to part of our electronic school-wide student directory, please complete the Google form linked below. This is an optional form and you can submit as much or as little information as you would like. School directories are very helpful for parents/guardians to connect for birthday parties, play dates, etc.

The information in the directory will be provided to families from Home & School via a protected Google document.

If you need to make an unexpected dismissal change during the day, please contact the main office via telephone (610-409-9751) by 2:30pm, if possible.

Please do not only email your child's teacher as teachers often are unable to check their emails until dismissal has concluded.

If your child is going to be absent please be sure to call or email the Evergreen attendance line. It may be helpful to save the phone number and email address in your cell phone.
