What's Happening This Week:

Sultan Middle School Families,

State Testing is this week. Important reminders for your students:

  • Go to bed at a reasonable time to get good sleep
  • Eat breakfast, even something small will help!
  • Bring a water bottle and dress for comfort in class
  • Important that they attend all day, every day!

May is Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month! The theme is β€œA Legacy of Leadership and Resilience”. This theme honors the hard work of leaders who set the foundation for future generations to thrive and adapt to change and adversity. We pay tribute to people like the late Secretary of Transportation, Norman Mineta. He overcame racial injustice as a child of Japanese immigrants in a World War II internment camp to serve in the U.S. Army, Congress, and the Cabinet of Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.
