9-Week Progress Reports Available in Infinite Campus Now 9-Week Progress Reports Available in Infinite Campus Now

The 9-week progress reports were made available to parents and students in Infinite Campus on Friday, October 23, 2026. We encourage all families to take time to review their student's grades and discuss their academic progress.

Progress reports provide an important snapshot of a student's academic performance throughout the semester. While these grades are not part of a student's permanent academic record or official transcript, they serve as a valuable tool for identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

Final course grades are determined at the end of each semester and recorded on the student's official transcript. Therefore, it is essential that students remain aware of their academic standing, complete all assignments, and take advantage of remediation and academic support opportunities provided by their teachers.

Important Reminder: Magnet and Career Pathway GPA Requirements

To maintain satisfactory academic standing, students must meet the following semester GPA requirements:

  • Magnet Program: Minimum 3.0 semester GPA

  • Career Pathway Program: Minimum 2.5 semester GPA

Students who do not meet their program's minimum GPA requirement at the end of the Fall 2026 semester may be placed on academic probation or risk being exited from their respective programs.

We strongly encourage parents and guardians to take the following steps to support their student's academic success:

  1. Review Grades: Log in to Infinite Campus with your student and review their current grades in each course.

  2. Calculate GPA: Use the GPA calculation instructions provided below to determine your student's current academic standing.

  3. Have a Conversation: Discuss academic strengths, areas needing improvement, and goals for the remainder of the semester.

  4. Communicate with Teachers: Contact your student's teachers with any questions or concerns regarding academic progress.

  5. Take Advantage of Support: Encourage your student to complete remediation assignments, attend available academic support sessions, and remain engaged in classroom instruction.

Our goal is to ensure that every RAM finishes the semester strong! By working together, monitoring academic progress, and addressing concerns early, we can help our students remain on track for academic success.

AMHS Outerwear Reminder AMHS Outerwear Reminder

Arabia Mountain High School is a uniform school, and all students are expected to arrive each day dressed in the approved AMHS uniform. Maintaining our uniform standards promotes school pride, professionalism, and a positive learning environment.

All uniform shirts and blazers must display the official AMHS logo. Students are permitted to carry clear or mesh bookbags only. Shoes must be closed-toe and closed-heel. Crocs, slides, flip-flops, and other open-toed or open-heeled shoes are not permitted.

Please review the AMHS Uniform Policy for complete uniform requirements. A list of approved uniform vendors is also available on our school website.

Physical Education Uniforms

Students enrolled in Physical Education courses are required to wear the official AMHS P.E. uniform. These uniforms are available for purchase through the AMHS Health & P.E. Department.

Blazer Mondays

Every Monday is Blazer Monday at AMHS! Students are expected to wear their official AMHS blazers as part of our commitment to promoting professionalism and school pride. Our CTAE and Fine Arts departments will also incorporate professional dress expectations into their employability standards, helping students make meaningful connections between their appearance and future career readiness.

Cooler Weather & Approved Outerwear

As temperatures begin to drop, we want to remind families that our uniform expectations remain in effect. Please ensure students are dressed appropriately for the weather while adhering to the following guidelines:

  • Outerwear: All jackets, sweaters, and other outerwear must be hoodless and solid Navy, Hunter Green, White, or Black.

  • Uniform Shirts: The official AMHS polo must be worn underneath all outerwear.

  • Head Coverings: Hats, bonnets, scarves, and other head coverings are not permitted unless worn for religious purposes. Religious head coverings must be solid Navy, Hunter Green, White, or Black.

We appreciate our families' continued support in ensuring that students arrive at school each day in full uniform and ready to learn. Consistency in meeting these expectations helps us maintain a focused, safe, and respectful learning environment for all students.

Student Community Service Hours & Documentation Student Community Service Hours & Documentation

As students complete community service activities throughout the school year, please remind them to properly document their community service hours using the Community Service Log attached to this newsletter.

Students are responsible for completing 10 community service hours outside of EIC. Participation in EIC will account for the other 10 hours of the 20-hour requirement.

Students should record their service activities on one Community Service Log and obtain the appropriate verification for all hours completed. Once all 10 community service hours have been completed, students should submit one completed Community Service Log to the AMHS Front Desk.

📌 Deadline: All Community Service Logs must be submitted by Friday, April 30, 2027.

Please encourage students to keep a copy of their completed log for their personal records.

Thank you for helping our scholars stay on track with their community service requirements!
