How To WIN At The Silent Auction
If you're hoping to snag one of our AWESOME Silent Auction prizes, here's what you need to know:
- Come to the Cafeteria. All Silent Auction items will be on display with a description and a bid sheet.
- Make Your Bids. Starting bids must meet or exceed the minimum bid listed on the sheet. Bids should increase by $5 increments or more.
- Watch The Clock. The Silent Auction will end at 7:15 p.m. You have time to check on the bids after the Carnival ends at 7:00 p.m. All bidding will end at 7:15 p.m. SHARP.
- Keep It Fair. If an item has several bidders vying at 7:15 p.m., we will hand out notepads to active bidders and ask for your best and final offer. The highest bid wins.
- Be Present To Win. You must be present at 7:15 p.m. to claim and pay for your item. If the highest bidder is not present, the item will go to the previous bidder. We will accept cash, check, or credit card.
