A Message from Dr. Holt
Dear RFISD Families and Staff,
As we close out the 2024–2025 school year, I want to take a moment to reflect on all that we’ve accomplished together—and to thank you for the unwavering support you’ve shown our students, our schools, and our district. This year has been filled with meaningful learning, inspiring achievements, and lasting memories.
From academic milestones to athletic triumphs, fine arts performances to community outreach, our students have truly shined. We’ve seen state-level accomplishments, campus-wide celebrations, and everyday moments of growth that remind us of why we do what we do. I’m especially proud of how our students, staff, and families came together to support one another through each challenge and opportunity that came our way.
I often reflect on previous school experiences with one of our wisest employees. He and I enjoy sharing stories about students we have worked with, changes that have occurred over the years, and talk of the things that we will never forget. I encourage each of you to find a moment to stop and take a mental picture of what is around you--your children at this age, the environment we are in, the feeling of the last few days of cool air for a while...take some time to catalog your memories (you will want to revisit them someday). I also recommend that you take a moment to celebrate—not just the accomplishments that have been achieved this year, but the journey. These milestones are a testament to the hard work and perseverance of our students and the dedicated support of the adults who guide them.
To our graduating seniors: Congratulations! You’ve left your mark on RFISD, and we can’t wait to see what your future holds. You carry with you not only a diploma but the values and experiences that will serve you well wherever life leads next. Remember, you will always be a Ro-Hawk, and any other Ro-Hawks that see you in this world will be glad to say hello and share a story. When I am traveling, I usually have a hat or a shirt with the Ro-Hawk on it, and I cannot tell you how many times I have been stopped by a former student who recognized our unique mascot and wanted to tell me how much they enjoyed their time at Randolph.
To our returning students and families: we look forward to welcoming you back in August, rested and ready for another great year of learning and growth.
Thank you for making this year one to remember. On behalf of all of us at Randolph Field ISD, I wish you a safe, joyful, and restful summer break.
Warmest Regards,
Dr. Brian Holt
Superintendent
Randolph Field ISD

Also, please be sure to follow our official RFISD Facebook page if you aren't already. You can find the page by clicking on the "F" above, or you can search Facebook for "Randolph Field Independent School District." The Randolph Elementary School Facebook page and the Randolph Secondary Schools Facebook page will be phasing out, as we continue to fully transition to ParentSquare as our primary communication tool; however, the RFISD Facebook page will continue to remain active moving forward!
Thank you to all of the students, parents, and teachers who post wonderful pictures that we often use in our district newsletters. We are also especially grateful to Grunt Peterson Studios for generously sharing their talent with us by photographing so many of our athletic events throughout the year and providing the Randolph community access to those pictures free of charge.
