Another awesome two-week Kindness Campaign in the books: 3,092 total Acts of Kindness logged by our Trailblazers, incredible participation across our student body, numerous class-wide kindness projects, food gathered for our local Food Bank, blankets and hats gathered for the Lions 4 Kids program, and about $35,000 raised through Raise Craze for our PTA to support our school, staff and students! Our Trailblazer students, families and community are simply incredible!
As a special thank-you to our students for their outpouring of kindness over the past few weeks, the PTA will be working with all our teachers to provide new games, craft supplies and STEM enrichment activities in each classroom for students to enjoy during rainy day recess, “Fun Fridays” and free time! Money raised through PTA efforts is essential for providing our school with funding for art, drama and music programs, family and student events, staff grants, recess and playground equipment, staff and student appreciation activities, and special projects! Thank you to all who participate to make these things possible!
On March 16, we’ll turn Mr. Millie and Ms. Kelly into human ice cream sundaes with the help of these Trailblazers who had the top number of Acts of Kindness and fundraising in each grade (with a videographer on hand to capture all the fun for the rest of our students!):
