School Dismissal is up and running. Please be sure to check your email for an invitation to update your account or create a new one for new families.

We ask that all families use this application to notify teachers in regards to dismissal directions at end of day. It's a less disruptive way to get the message to teachers. Community Eligibility Form

We have about 350 families who have not filled out the Community Eligibility Form. ๐Ÿ˜ญ

The form only takes about 5โ€“10 minutes to complete, and it makes a big difference for both your family and Aurora Quest.

How to Complete the Form

  1. Log in to your account at PaySchools Central.
  2. After logging in, a pop-up should appear asking if you would like to complete the Community Eligibility Form.
  3. If you do not see the pop-up:
    • Click the three horizontal lines (โ˜ฐ) in the menu.
    • Scroll down and select School District.
    • Click Community Eligibility Form and complete the application.

Why Is This Form Important?

Completing the Community Eligibility Form helps:

  • Determine whether your family qualifies for income-based discounts and services.
  • Provide Aurora Quest with important funding based on the number of eligible families who complete the form. These funds help support programs, resources, and opportunities that benefit all of our students.

Even if you are unsure whether your family qualifies, we encourage every family to complete the form. Every completed form helps!

If you have any questions or need assistance completing the application, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm happy to help! Go to payschoolscentral.com

Thank you for taking a few minutes to support both your child and our Quest community. We truly appreciate your partnership.

Athletics Athletics

Track and Field png
zoom_out_map

We're excited for another great year of athletics! Sports and clubs are a fantastic way to meet new friends, build lifelong skills, and have fun.

A few quick announcements:

  • Track begins Monday, August 10! There's still time to sign up, and we'd love to have you join us. Coaches will send out team communication once rosters are finalized.
  • We're working hard to get schedules posted on the Aurora Quest Athletics website. In the meantime, the district athletics page has updated schedules for some sports, along with step-by-step instructions for registering your child through Infinite Campus.
  • Per district policy, families pay for a maximum of 2 sports per student or 3 sports per family. You may pay online for each sport individually or choose "Pay in Person." Once your family reaches the maximum, simply select "Pay in Person," and we'll adjust the remaining balance on your account.

Thank you for your patience as we navigate this new registration process. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Athletic Director, Tawnya Trail. We're looking forward to an amazing year. Go Phoenix!

APS Student Technology Contract Now Includes Damage Costs

Due to no additional federal funding for devices being available, schools will continue charging families for any damages incurred to district devices during the 2026-27 school year. Please note that the first incident of damage will not be charged. Any following incidents will be charged based on the type of damage.

At Aurora Quest K-8, each student in grades K-8 is assigned a school-issued Chromebook to support daily learning and instruction. Chromebooks are checked out to students during the first week of school and remain assigned to them throughout the school year. Students do not take their Chromebooks home unless specifically authorized by the school.

How do students receive their Chromebook?

To receive a Chromebook, the Program/Parent Agreement must be signed prior to having a Chromebook checked out to students:

  • Parent Agreement (word document)

  • Parent Agreement (Google Form)

The damage repair cost is listed on the contract above. To obtain a paper copy, stop by the front office and we will gladly provide one.

Birthday Celebrations

We love to celebrate your children and the day they were born, but we do have many students and staff with life threatening food allergies that are contained in the usual celebratory food options like cupcakes and cookies.

In order to make sure all our students can partake in your child's celebratory day, please consider other ways to celebrate your child's special day with their classmates. Click here for idea options.

Early Arrival

Please remember that we have no supervision available before 7:25 a.m. Unless your student is enrolled in the before care program of the Boys & Girls Club students should not be dropped off earlier than 7:25 a.m. unless they are signed up for Boys and Girls Club.

If you need to drop them off before 7:25 a.m. please enroll in the before school care offered here at Quest.

Dr. Haddock advocated heartedly to have this resource available for parents.

Please understand that staff cannot be responsible for students before 7:25 a.m. and before 8:40 a.m. on late arrivals Wednesdays.
