Cole School Library Link

The Cole School Book Challenge has been a success for students in grades 3,4, and 5 for 12 years. This year the challenge will be ending on May 2, 2025. Students have until that day to log in books to earn rewards (ribbon, medal, or trophy). So far this year, students have read and logged in 2,211 books. Consider celebrating your child's birthday by donating a special book to the library. It's a great way to add a lasting memory to the library collection in your child's name. To participate, simply print out and fill in the form below; payment can be made by check (payable to Cole PTO) or by Venmo (@ColeSchool-PTO). Send in the form to Ms. Ready in the library (click here to download the form).

Your child will then get to select a birthday book from the cabinet and be the first to check it out of the library. A special bookplate and a photo (if desired) will be placed in the book. Remember, you can donate a birthday book at any time during the year.

Seems early, but three weeks is the minimum amount of time we need to collect books from students and button up the library to prep for 2025-26. Notices will start to go home about long overdue books next week.
