Peterson's Message- K3 Director

Welcome MCP3 Team!

As we begin the 2026-2027 school year together at MCP3, I am excited about the journey ahead and grateful for every person who has chosen to be part of this team. Whether you are returning for another year or joining our crew for the first time- your role on this team is essential and I could NOT be more thrilled with our team this year!!

Our theme this year, United We Row, is a reminder that the strength of MCP3 is found in how we move together. Every interaction, every routine, every lesson, every encouraging word, and every helping hand contributes to the experience we create for our scholars.

One team. One Purpose. Every Child.

I can't wait to kick off the year together on Tuesday, 8/18 @ 8:00am. Be ready to bring the energy and represent our MCP3 with pride and joy! The kick off event is located at the 38th st. campus @ 2623 N. 38th St.

As we begin our year, please be sure to read through each weekly staff newsletter. Weekly newsletters contain essential updates, key action items, and important information that will keep us aligned and prepared so that we all are working in the spirit of excellence. Staying informed through these newsletters is an important part of ensuring we have strong communication and consistency across our program.

With all the Love and Respect,

Peterson
