• If your student will need an inhaler, Epi-Pen, diabetic supplies, or other medical related needs while on our campus, your doctor will need to complete the required documentation to keep on file with our nurse's office. Families will have the opportunity to drop off medication and documents with Nurse Whitney during the first prep session week (August 10-13). Please note, our nurse does not work during the summer. Any emails sent to Nurse Whitney will be responded to in early August when she returns to campus.
• Upcoming 6th Grade Students - Students entering 6th grade typically require an immunization records update as mandated by the CDC. More information available here. - Please submit your child's updated record to judy.palmer@acs-k12.org or you may drop off a hard copy at our front office by July 31. *Immunization records/blue cards can not have any handwritten notes or listings.

Parents are encouraged to pay for meals by the week or the month. An easy way to add lunch money to your student account is through My School Bucks. Create or log in to your student account at myschoolbucks.com and view immediate information about your student account balance and purchases.
