The Patton Traffic Team really does need help (every little bit counts!)
We still have openings on every shift (AM and PM every day). If you can help even one of these days, that would make a difference! We are also very short on traffic team subs! We need substitutes so we can handle sick days, appointments, and work conflicts.
If you can help, fill out our form or email us at pattontrafficteam@gmail.com. Even if you're not sure, let us know if you think you could help sometimes. Parents, grandparents and other caregivers are welcome to sign up!
Volunteer To Help With PTA Events This Year!
Hello Patton Community! Volunteering is one of the best ways to get involved in the Patton community. Your PTA invites you to indicate via this survey the volunteer opportunities you may be interested in during the 2025-26 school year. Please sign up for as MANY opportunities as you are interested in. We know it can be hard to plan ahead at times, so please keep in mind that saying YES to a particular event(s) does not automatically commit you or obligate you to volunteer. It simply provides us a good place to start!
As the Volunteer Coordinator, I will be monitoring the form responses and will pass the final volunteer schedules, created based on these follow-up responses, on to the Committee Chair(s). You will then be contacted by the Committee Chair coordinating the event/program you are signed up to volunteer for.
Here is some clarification for some terms you will see as you fill out this form:
Volunteer: A volunteer is a person interested in helping the day of the event. This could
be, but is not limited to, setting up, manning a station, take down/clean up,
etc.
Committee Member: A committee member is a person interested in helping the
Committee Chair(s) to plan, organize and (if available) volunteer at the event.
Thank you for your help...we could not put on the wonderful programs, services and activities for our children that we do without our parent community! Thank you for offering your time!
Your Volunteer Coordinator,
Ashley Catalan
The Patton PTA Bike Rodeo was fun for all!
Thanks to everyone who participated in the bike rodeo! There were smiles all around, kids/parents/volunteers alike!
A huge thank you to the volunteers: Tracy Boyd, Tina Fries, Nick Patel, Jenna Appel, Nilima Nanisetty, Lauren Olson, Samantha Navarro, Savannah Olson, Chris Fries & our wonderful resource officers.
If you have any feedback or have ideas for the next rodeo, email us at pattontrafficteam@gmail.com.
4th and 5th Grade Running Club
Are you interested in joining a club focused on FUN and FITNESS? If so, join Running Club!
Running club meets on Wednesdays in October (10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29) from 3:35-4:30pm. Each session will begin with a warm-up, 30 minutes of running at your own pace, and finish with a cool-down. Mrs. Goumas is the club sponsor and Carolyn McCarty is the PTA volunteer.
Parent volunteers are VITAL to the success as they provide a safe running path. Please sign up to volunteer for at least one session if possible.
Please note: The club will not meet if it is raining.
Once you sign up, more information about the club will be sent your way.
Stress-Free Patton PTA Fundraiser!
Periodically, our Patton PTA will ask for participation in fundraising to support our many programs for students and families at our school. We take pride in being able to offer such a wide variety of fun after-school events, bring in special guests, and showcase unique performers.
This fall, we choose to not ask you to sell cookies, frozen pizzas, wrapping paper, magazines etc as we have done in past years. Instead, this is our big fall fundraiser... The Stress Free Fundraiser! Each year, we need to raise approximately $10,000 for PTA Programs. With your help this fall, we are asking for a donation of approximately $25 per family to meet our goal.
What does the PTA do with my donation?
To name a few: the Patton PTA pays for fun events such as Birthday Books, Cultural Arts Events, Family Pool Night, Kona Ice Truck. The PTA also subsidizes many other special events and programs throughout the year such as author visits, teacher appreciation week, and teacher dinners during conferences. Every little bit helps to ensure these programs continue for our kids! Thank you so much!
DONATE HERE OR: Send in cash or a check made payable to Patton PTA in an envelope marked “Patton PTA Stress Free Fundraiser”.
