A Message from Principal Libert

Good afternoon, Mustangs!

Homecoming Friday is here, and it looks like we’re in for beautiful weather! Our Homecoming Parade steps off at 3:30 p.m. today, and if you’re not marching with us, we hope to see you cheering along the route.

Congratulations to our Homecoming King and Queen...and a special thank you to our talented Baile Folklórico dancers, who brought such a vibrant and meaningful celebration of Hispanic Heritage to today’s assembly. Their performance was a wonderful addition to an already exciting day!

Tonight, the celebration continues as our Mustangs take on Libertyville High School. We hope to see a packed house and plenty of Mustang spirit in the stands! Get your tickets now.

And the fun doesn’t stop there. Tomorrow, we’ll welcome MHS alumni and community members back to campus for a look at how our new spaces are coming along. It’s always special to open our doors and share the exciting changes happening at MHS.

Enjoy the weekend, Mustangs, and thank you for helping make Homecoming such a memorable celebration for our students and community!

Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to see more of the festivities!

Have a great weekend!

October 7 - FAFSA Workshop

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is an important step in the college financial aid process and can help students qualify for grants, work-study, loans, and other financial aid opportunities.

MHS will host FAFSA Workshops for Families on Wednesday, October 7, in Rooms C103 and C104. Families may choose from three session times: 5:00, 6:00, or 7:00 p.m.

Please register in your SchooLinks account and select one of the three available times.

Even if you’re unsure whether your family will qualify for financial aid, completing the FAFSA is still an important step for college-bound seniors.
