Dear St. Francis de Sales Families,

As the school year draws to a close, we take a moment to reflect on all that we’ve experienced, accomplished, and shared together as a school community. This year has been filled with meaningful learning, joyful celebrations, and countless opportunities for your children to grow—in mind, heart, and spirit.

At the heart of all we do is our Catholic faith. As we celebrate the end of this school year, we recall the words of St. Paul: "Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31) Our students have done just that—approaching each day with energy, kindness, and a desire to grow closer to God.

Thank you for the trust you place in us, and for being such a vital part of the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Academy family. May your summer be filled with rest, joy, and moments of grace. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in September for another year of learning, discovery, and faith.

• ½ Day dismissal: All grades 1-7 will be dismissed at 12pm

• Uniform Swap: 10am-12pm

• Earth Science Regents: Those 8th grade students who are taking the Earth Science Regents exam will need to be at Xaverian at 11:45am

Monday 6/23

• Last Day of School

• End of the School Year Mass at 10am

• 11am dismissal: All grades 1-7 will be dismissed at 11am

• Report Card Distribution: All Report Cards will posted via Email at 11am for Grades 1-7. Any issues please contact the teacher at their email address by Tuesday 6/24

Wednesday 6/25

• Catholic Schools Night with the Brooklyn Cyclones at 5:30pm (More information below)

As we come to the end of this school year we begin to share information about the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. On our website there is a landing page for all information about the next school year (Supply Lists, Summer Assignments, Calendar, tuition, yellow bus, uniform, etc.) To access the landing page please click the link below.

Every student is expected to have all supplies as well as a school bag on the first day of school. All Summer Assignments should be completed by the first day of school as well.

Please note that all returning students going into Grades 1-8 need to finish the I-Ready Math lessons assigned to them. For more information please click on your child’s grade level summer assignment. If your child has forgotten their password please reach out to the administration at admin@stfrancisschoolbh.net. The first lessons will be assigned during the week of June 16th. The next lesson will be released on June 30th.

On Wednesday, June 25th, 2025, St. Francis de Sales Catholic Academy is hosting a SCHOOL SPIRIT EVENT at Maimonides Park during the Brooklyn Cyclones game! The Cyclones will be taking on the Jersey Shore Blue Claws, with first pitch at 6:40 PM and gates opening at 5:30 PM.

👕🎓 Students, faculty, staff, families, and friends of SFDSCA are all invited to join us for a night of baseball, fun, and school spirit!

We are proud to share that four students from St. Francis de Sales Catholic Academy were recognized as winners in the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians (LAOH) Irish History Essay Contest! This annual contest celebrates Irish heritage and encourages students to explore the rich traditions, history, and contributions of the Irish people.
