January 25th
Dear Audubon Families,
We hope you are having a great week! Please see the important updates and reminders below:
📚 100th Day of School
Tuesday, January 27th marks the 100th day of school! Be on the lookout for information from your child’s teacher about how their class will be celebrating.
💃 Family Dance – Basket Donations
Teachers will be reaching out soon with information about donations for the themed baskets that will be raffled at our upcoming Family Dance. Thank you in advance for your support—these baskets are always a favorite!
❄️ Weather & DCPS@home Preparedness
With the possibility of significant snow this weekend, students have been sent home with materials, Chromebooks, and NTI packets.
If we utilize DCPS@home days, students will sign in with their teacher each morning at 9:00 a.m.
📝 Parent Survey Reminder
If you have not yet completed the brief parent survey linked below, we would greatly appreciate you taking a few moments to do so. Your feedback is important to us.
🍎 Lunch Visits
When making reservations to eat lunch with your child, please be sure to sign up at least 24 hours in advance so our cafeteria staff can prepare enough food.
Please note that restaurant food may not be brought into the school to be eaten in the cafeteria.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support of Audubon Elementary. We appreciate you!
