Did you know that you can place a reminder on your student's MyPaymentsPlus account (cafeteria funds) when your student's lunch account is low? It will alert you when you have a balance below $10. This will ensure that your student's lunch account is never without funds.

There will be NO checkouts after 3:15 PM. Please plan appointments accordingly.

Student Absences

Communication regarding the student's absence must be submitted via fax, email, or individually within five (5) school days for the student's absence to be considered excused. Student's name, the date(s) of absences(s), and the reason for the absence must be inlcuded on the documentation.

• Medical notes may be submitted by parents for any absence, check-out, or check-in.
• After 10 absences (excused or unexcused) a medical note will be required to excuse absences for the remainder of the academic year.

Check-in: Students must sign in through the attendance office when they arrive at school after 9:00am.

Check-out: Students must sign out through the attendance office. Please bring government issued id, and make sure you are listed on the student's pick up list. If you are not on the list you will not be permitted to check-out. Phone calls to check out a student will not be permitted. You may review the Forsyth County Schools attendance policies here.
