Parent Update 2026-2027
Watertown High School

Parent Update 10.28.26
With the end of the trimester quickly approaching, making every single day count is more crucial than ever. Every day in the classroom provides valuable instruction, hands-on learning, and collaborative experiences that simply cannot be replicated.
If your student will be missing a day of school, please make sure notify the Attendance Office as soon as possible. The Attendance Office can be reached at 920-262-7537.
A reminder that there will be no school Thursday, October 29 or Friday, October 30. Additionally, don't forget that Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend on Sunday, November 1. Be sure to set your clocks back one hour before going to bed on Saturday night. While we all enjoy the extra hour of sleep, the schedule shift can sometimes disrupt morning routines—making it even more crucial to plan ahead so students arrive rested and on time when school resumes on Monday.
We hope your family enjoys the extended weekend!
Athletic Department Updates
As most of you know already, WHS has transitioned to a new platform called Bound for all WHS Athletic registrations and sports schedules. Please review the important updates and instructions below.
What’s Changed
- Skyward & rSchool/Arbiter: Athletic registration (“Red Card” paperwork) is no longer available through Skyward Family Access. Schedules will no longer be hosted on rSchool/Arbiter.
- New Platform (Bound): Bound will now host all athletic registrations and sports schedules. Please see the attached guide for step-by-step instructions on setting up your account.
- Physical Exam Forms: You are required to now scan/directly upload physical forms to your student’s Bound account. Physical forms will no longer be accepted in the main office.
Action Required by Sport & Student Status
- Fall Athletes that plan on participating in Winter/Spring Sports: If you participated in a Fall sport and plan to play a winter or spring sport, you must log into Bound, select your upcoming sport(s) to join the roster, and pay the $75 registration fee. No need to fill out the paperwork again this school year.
- First-Time Athletes ("Red Card" Video): Any student-athlete who hasn't watched the "Red Card" video must watch it on Skyward Family Access alongside a parent/guardian. Both must sign off confirming completion.
- Co-Parenting / Split Households: To prevent duplicate records, please designate one parent or guardian to complete the Bound registration.
