Dear Windsong Ranch Elementary Families,

Our students are getting ready to kick off what is sure to be the most exciting event of the year - the Windsong Stampede Fun Run! Together, we'll be working hard to help Windsong reach our goal of $60,000 for teacher grants, new technology, school programs, and turf for the gaga ball pit.

How families can join the fun:

  • The official kickoff is 10/3 but you can register your student today at MyBooster.com

  • Cheer them on during the Windsong Stampede Fun Run on October 15, 2025 (during specials - more details coming soon)

Every step your student takes helps make our school an even better place to learn and play. Let’s cheer them on to the finish line!

Have a great weekend and we'll see you back at the Ranch on Monday morning.

Together we Prosper,

Michelle Qualls

Together We Cultivate

Together we cultivate meaningful connections across our growing school community.

We loved having the RHS soccer team opening car doors at Windsong this week! It's always fun to have the "big kids" give high fives and fist bumps to start the day!

Together We Champion

Together we champion every student’s path to excellence through consistent use of the Workshop Model to strengthen Tier 1 instruction, drive growth, and build future-ready learners.

One way we grow our learners is by encouraging student discourse by giving students time to discuss, share ideas, and explain their thinking. Using academic vocabulary in these conversations helps deepen understanding and build strong communication skills.

Named by HEB’s Excellence in Education Awards as the Best Large District in the State of Texas, Prosper ISD has an established 67-year history that is grounded in the humble roots of a farming community, now soaring to the fastest growing school district in Texas, due in no small part to the pursuit of excellence in the arts, academics and athletics. Our students and staff are routinely recognized on the local, state, and national levels for outstanding achievements, and our teachers are highly qualified experts who bring out the best in every student.
