Chat & Chew with Principal Carter
To help make our Chat & Chew sessions as meaningful and productive as possible, I am making a small adjustment to the format. Families are invited to submit questions in advance using this form.
Submitting questions ahead of time allows me to identify common themes, address high-level questions during the presentation, and make sure our time together remains focused on updates and topics that benefit the broader Parker community. Questions should be concise and specific so that I can capture and address as many family questions as possible.
Question submissions will close Sunday, September 13 at 3:00 PM. This will give me time to review and organize all submitted questions before the sessions and ensure that no submissions are missed.
Questions of clarity will still be welcomed during the session. Questions that are specific to an individual student, teacher, or family situation may be better addressed through a separate conversation so that we can give those concerns the time and attention they deserve.
The goal is not to limit questions, but to create more space for the questions and conversations that are most relevant to our entire Parker community.

๐ฆ Introducing Parkerโs Lions of the Month! ๐ฆ
We are excited to introduce Lions of the Month, an ongoing recognition program celebrating students who show what it means to be a proud Parker Lion!
Each month, students will be recognized not only for academic growth, but also for kindness, respect, good choices, perseverance, self-control, helping others, and positive growth.
We want our students to know that their character, effort, and everyday choices matter!
Each month, one boy and one girl from each grade level/team will be selected as Lions of the Month.
Winners will be recognized during morning announcements, receive a special Lions of the Month T-shirt and goody bag, have a poster displayed on our Lions of the Month bulletin board, and receive a positive phone call home from Mrs. Mills!
๐ Our first Lions of the Month will be announced in October! We cannot wait to celebrate the amazing things our Parker Lions are doing each day.
