Board Approves Mid-Year Compensation Adjustment Board Approves Mid-Year Compensation Adjustment

The Boerne ISD Board of Trustees approved two mid-year compensation adjustments.

The first is a pay increase of $1.25 per hour for hourly staff effective January 1, 2025. The rate increase does not apply to Transportation staff who received a raise in September.

Additionally, the Board approved a one-time retention incentive of $300 for all employees (except substitutes, temporary employees, and contract employees) who have been employed with the district as of November 18, 2024.
