As we step into February, we’re excited to share updates and important information in this month’s virtual newsletter! Inside, you’ll find highlights from each of our buildings, along with updates from the school nurse, athletics, music programs, and more.

Key Dates & Reminders

• February 11 - 2 Hour Early Release If you have not yet registered your child for Aftercare, please use [this Google Registration Form]. If you have already registered, no further action is needed. If you are signed up but no longer require the service, please contact your school’s office.

• 📅 February 26: Parent-Teacher Conferences – Thursday Evening

• February 27: No School for Students This day is reserved for staff training .

In the event that the School District needs to delay or cancel school, families that have students who attend the District can expect to communication via our messenger app which allows for text messages, phone calls, and email notifications. These will be sent to information that is current in our student information system. **Skyward Family Access must have your current phone number and email information. Those who are not informed by this method should tune in to the TV stations noted on the attached letter and/or visit our school website.

We’re excited to share a convenient way to manage your child’s lunch account — online payments are now available!

Please note that a small processing fee will apply to each online transaction. This fee goes directly to the payment processing provider and helps us maintain a secure and efficient system.

To get started, visit: https://westfield.revtrak.net/

Or you can go into your Skyward account to Food Service. There you will see "Make a Payment" and you will have the option to make recurring payments as well.

In addition to Skyward Food Service, you can see your child's daily transactions.

We will continue to accept cash or checks in the school office for those who prefer traditional payment methods.

We hope this new system makes managing lunch accounts easier for busy families. Thank you for your continued support!
