Titan Robotics will be holding informational sessions for learners on Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 – 7:45PM. Parents are also welcome to stop by and see how they can get connected with Titan Robotics! We will have a formal parent meeting on Thursday, September 11, at 6PM.

Students who would like to drop an AP level course may do so through September 4th by completing this form. The next opportunity to drop an AP level course will be at the end of the nine week grading period.

• Learners will select one Titan Time activity for each day of the week from 12:00-12:40, which is called Titan Time. Titan Time is an opportunity for learners to enhance their academic growth, get help with coursework, and explore new interests in a structured and supportive environment. Before the start of each month, students will select five activities in which to participate for the applicable month. These activities include a variety of scholarly and personal interest options tailored to meet different interests and needs.

• Scholarly Activities: Scholarly activities are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to support students who need extra help or enrichment in their studies.

• Personal Interest Activities: Tuesdays and Fridays are allocated primarily for personal interest activities although scholarly activities can occur any day of the week.

• Support for Students: Students who are failing a course, are missing work, or have excessive absences/tardies will be required to attend tutorials during Titan Time in place of activities of choice. These students will not be able to participate in other activities until they have renewed their eligibility, which will be determined by their teacher.

• Parents will sign approvals for consent of each activity (excluding tutorials). We will send out the approval forms very soon after our club approval window is completed.

• Students wanting to propose additional student-led activities may do so by finding a teacher supervisor and submitting this form.
