Schedule Pick-Up Information

• Pick up your student's schedule and check out the room locations
• Take their school picture with HR Imaging; how to order below
• 7th Grade Only -- Vision tests & turning in immunization records
• Pick-up Chromebooks for 6th Graders & new 7th/8th Graders
• UPDATE: These will now be given on the first day of school per what was shared by IT with us on 7/30/25.
• Talk to Transportation about bus routes, if needed.

Mark your calendars — the online parent registration window is now OPEN!

To help everything run smoothly on schedule pick-up day, we’re asking all families to complete the required Annual Information Update in Infinite Campus before arriving. This must be done through the Parent Portal in order for your student to receive their schedule.

⚠️ Important reminder: If a student comes without a parent/guardian and this step isn’t completed ahead of time, they will not receive their schedule. So please be sure it’s taken care of before Thursday.

We’ve linked step-by-step directions from last year below to help guide you through the process. You should also have received an email from the district with additional details once the update went live.

🔗 Instructions – Instructions for completing the Annual Information Update

The locker number for your student will be printed on their schedule when you pick it up on August 7th.

HR Imaging will be here to take your student's school picture on this day. To order pictures, please follow the below instructions:

• Visit their website here.
• Type into the search box Gahanna Middle School East
• Click the order pictures icon
• Then select the first option available of 8/7/25 -- School Portraits -- 1st picture day
• Finally, you will be asked to put in your student's last name and then first name

There will also be paper order forms available on the day of and HR Imaging may also be sending order forms through mail to families. Also, if you are unable to attend schedule pick-up day, your student will have their picture taken on October 1, 2025. We will send communication and reminders about that to you all.

Unable to make August 7th?! You may stop by East from 9AM to 11AM on August 12th to pick up your student's schedule in our main office. Student schedules will be posted on Infinite Campus on Monday, August 11th for students to access also.
