Family Culture & Identity Survey

Woodland invites you to tell us about your family! We want to get to know you, and all the things that make your family unique and special. We will use this information to assist in our efforts to create spaces of belonging for ALL families within the district.

Please visit Skyward Family Access to complete this survey at your earliest convenience. The survey is only four questions, so we expect this will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

Log into Skyward Family Access.

Step 2:
Click on the link to the survey from the message wall.

Step 3:

• To start the Survey, Click on Step 1 on the right side of the screen.
• When completed, click on Complete Step 1 and move to Step 2 at the bottom.

Step 4:
Click the "Submit Family Culture and Identity Survey" button.
