Auction Item Support Please
August 29, 2025

A Note from Your State Director
Dear Advisors,
I hope this note finds you well. I wanted to let you know that the Wyoming Young Contractors Coalition will be hosting a golf tournament in Cheyenne on September 5, with proceeds going to benefit SkillsUSA Wyoming.
We know this comes on short notice, but I wanted to kindly ask if any of you might have an item you would be willing to donate for the auction. Your support would mean so much in helping us highlight the strength of our SkillsUSA Wyoming community and ensuring that this event is a success.
If you have something to contribute, please let me know β I would be glad to make arrangements to come pick it up if you are not too far away. Every donation, big or small, truly makes a difference.
Thank you, as always, for everything you do for your students and for SkillsUSA Wyoming. I am so grateful for your continued support.
With appreciation,
Shawna Reichert

SkillsUSA Wyoming Transitions to Pathful: Launching September 2
On September 2, SkillsUSA Wyoming will begin an exciting new chapter as we move from Absorb, our current platform, to Pathful. Pathful is a powerful new digital system that brings career exploration and industry connections directly into classrooms across our state.
Pathful is designed to remove common barriers to Work-Based Learning such as geography, cost, and scheduling. Through both live and on-demand content, students will have more opportunities to connect with industry professionals and explore careers in meaningful ways. The platform aligns directly with the SkillsUSA Framework, ensuring that the experiences gained are practical, connected to leadership development, and tied to employability skills.
Expanding Opportunities for Students
For the first time, students will have direct access to SkillsUSA Technical Standards, giving them the same competitive knowledge base that advisors have traditionally used to guide them. Students will also be able to complete the Essential Element Self-Assessment, participate in Framework Learning Modules, and use resources such as the CHARGE: Officer Training Series and animated leadership videos. Pathful makes these tools available to every SkillsUSA student member in Wyoming.
Supporting Advisors and Professional Members.
Advisors and professional members will now find all of their resources in one place. Pathful will house the instructional tools, leadership training, and career readiness materials that members have relied on in Absorb, along with new and expanded options. These include:
-
SkillsUSA Championships Technical Standards
-
Framework Integration Toolkit
-
Essential Element Self-Assessment and E-Modules
-
Program of Work Toolkit
-
CHARGE Training Series
-
Professional Development E-Courses such as Framework Certification, CTE Knowledge Certification, and Building Self-Motivation in Student Leaders
Expanding to Middle School Programs
Pathful also supports our growing middle school programs with resources such as Xplore (formerly Jump into STEM!) and Middle School Momentum, further strengthening the reach of SkillsUSA in Wyoming.
A Step Forward for Wyoming
This transition is more than a change in technology. It represents a significant step forward in how we connect students to meaningful careers and equip educators with modern tools to prepare the workforce of tomorrow. By moving to Pathful, SkillsUSA Wyoming is ensuring that all members gain access to high-quality, scalable, and current learning experiences.
As your State Director, I am thrilled about this change and confident it will strengthen the work we do together. On September 2, Absorb will officially be replaced by Pathful. I will continue to share updates and resources to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
Together, we are building futures.
