HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM BECKWITH!!
CAN DRIVE STARTS WHEN WE RETURN IN JANUARY!
Staff and students are encouraged to bring in canned food items (please only bring in non-perishable foods in a can) to donate to the Can Drive.
The results of the Can Drive will be posted in the Cafeteria by homeroom and grade level by the ACE Community Service group. All of the students in each grade level homeroom with the most donated cans will get a free chocolate chip cookie or snack for lunch and the grade with the most donated cans will get extra recess.
All canned items will be donated to the Rehoboth Food Pantry.
WEATHER ALERTS REMINDER
This is a reminder the Dighton Rehoboth schools will use the Apptegy alerts system for weather-related messages. It is not our plan to use local media outlets. All messages will be sent through Apptegy via text, RoboCall, and email. Apptegy uses the contact information in Aspen. To modify your contact information, please contact the Main Office.
IN THE NEWS - FROM THE REPORTER TODAY
Beckwith Term 1 High Honor Roll
FEINSTEIN FOUNDATION GOLDEN TICKET WINNING NUMBERS
JANUARY LUNCH MENU
Please remind your children that BREAKFAST is also FREE!
They can grab a breakfast on their way to homeroom!
MYSCHOOLBUCKS INFORMATION
Account payments can be made through MySchoolBucks.com using a debit/credit card or checks at all cafeteria registers. Please make checks payable to “Dighton Rehoboth Regional School District” and include your student’s full name in the memo line.
School meals, both breakfast and lunch, are once again free (see below); however, all students must use the point of sale system to obtain a free lunch. Please encourage your child to remember their lunch pin number because it helps to move along the lunch lines. If a student forgets their pin, then the cafeteria workers need to look it up and this stalls the lunch line.
Students will need to pay for snacks not included with the free meal and this is the reason why a parent would want to put money on their child's account.
