Are you a current Support Employee interested in Teaching?

We are thrilled to see a number of support staff who are looking to complete full-time student teaching or internships! If you are considering this in the future, please take time to read over your FASSE Negotiated Agreement. There are a limited number of full-time sabbaticals that can be requested for those support staff members who have worked for FCPS for 5 years.

Support staff who do not qualify for a paid sabbatical, could request an unpaid leave of absence to complete their internship. Details regarding this can also be found in the FASSE Agreement or by contacting a Support Team Personnel Officer or the Senior Manager of Support Staffing.

Please see the information at: https://apps.fcps.org/forms/staff-human-resources/247 for full details.

Please contact your recruitment team Toya Newman-Piermarini at Toya.Piermarin@fcps.org or April Vierra at April.Vierra@fcps.org if you have specific questions.
